Academy order:

  • 1.1 Whether to approve the Academy Order application for The Gateway School, Northamptonshire, to join Creating Tomorrow MAT

Significant change:

  • 1.2 Whether to approve the application from Isebrook SEN Cognition and Learning College, Northamptonshire, to increase their capacity and expand to a satellite site
  • 1.3 Whether to approve the age range change and increase in capacity for Kingsley Special Academy, Northamptonshire
  • 1.4 Whether to approve sponsorship application for Tennyson Learning Community, Central Bedfordshire, and approve them for sponsorship of Hawthorn Park Community Primary

Free school presumption

  • 1.5 Whether to approve Luton Borough Council’s preferred sponsor for the York St, Luton, free school competition

Academy Transfer:

  • 2.1 To discuss and recommend an in-principle preferred sponsor for Khalsa Secondary Academy, Buckinghamshire, following the Termination Notice for the school. We have received trust information gathering templates from Guru Nanak Sikh Academy Limited, Khalsa Primary School, The Purslow Group and The Slough and East Berkshire C of E Multi Academy Trust.
