These documents inform NHS England Area Teams, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts of increases to NHS optical voucher values and hospital eye service charges from 1 April 2014.

The note, from the Head of Ophthalmic Services at the Department of Health, provides information about the increase in optical voucher values and supplements by an overall 2.0%. Hospital Eye Service charges have also increased.
