ડિસબિલિટિ કે વિકલાંગતા, અકસ્માત અથવા બીમારીના પરિણામે જે લોકોને NHS ની ચાલુ આરોગ્યસંભાળ અને NHS- નિધિયનવાળી નર્સીંગ કેરની જરૂર રહે તેઓને માટે આ પત્રિકા માહિતી પૂરી પાડે છે. કોઈએક વ્યક્તિ NHS દ્વારા સંપૂર્ણ નિધિયનવાળી કેર માટે યોગ્યતા ધરાવે છે કે નહિ તે નકકી કરવા ઉપયોગમાં લેવામાં આવતી કાર્યપધ્ધતિનો તે ખુલાસો કરે છે.
