This guide describes the steps you need to take to make an immigration and asylum appeal on behalf of an appellant using MyHMCTS, including:

  • starting the appeal
  • building a case
  • preparing for a hearing

MyHMCTS cannot accept immigration and asylum appeals in all cases. In these cases, you must apply using the paper form.
