This memorandum of understanding (MOU) sets out how the commission and the Welsh Ministers propose to work together, both in co-ordinating their regulatory operations and formulating the regulatory policy framework within which they work, in the specific context of the Welsh Ministers’ role as principal regulator of certain exempt charities in Wales.
