This document explains how the Magnox Inquiry team will handle evidence-gathering interviews and the inclusion of critical comments about a person in the inquiry report.
The Magnox Inquiry is looking into the award of the Magnox decommissioning contract by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and its subsequent termination.
Data Protection Act (DPA): the Magnox Inquiry is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner (registration: ZA255516).
