In support of our December 2018 report on ‘one-sided flexibility’, which we were asked in our 2018 remit from the Government to make recommendations on, we commissioned two research projects.

• Resolution Foundation - Atypical approaches: Options to support workers with insecure incomes
• Incomes Data Research - Minimum and zero hours contracts and low-paid staff
