Details

Ofqual’s General Condition E3.1 requires awarding organisations to publish a specification for each regulated qualification they offer. This letter reminds regulated organisations that they need to link to a publicly-accessible version of the specification for each qualification that they list on the Register of Regulated Qualifications.
