This report details the harms associated with the misuse of ketamine, an anaesthetic and analgesic.

The ACMD recommends that ketamine be controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 as a Class B substance and that it is placed in Schedule II of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.
