Referral to the Secretary of State for Health was made by Suffolk Council Health Scrutiny Committee. The proposed changes relate to services for the population of west Suffolk provided at Walnuttree Hospital, St Leonard’s Hospital and Acton Lane Clinic, all in Sudbury.
