Details
The Scope and Methodology Report (SMR) also sets out the methodology that is proposed for determining the likely environmental impacts and effects, and for assigning values of magnitude and significance to them. It also sets out the approach to the reporting of reasonable alternatives.
This SMR has been updated following consultation undertaken on the draft document in 2017. To see the summary of the responses received and our response to these please refer to the EIA SMR Consultation Summary Report.
