Details

This is the first Delivery Plan for Highways England. The plan outlines what Highways England will do over the next five years to deliver against the commitments in its Strategic Business Plan and in the government’s Road Investment Strategy.

The plan also shows how Highways England – and its new monitor – will measure its success against the Road Investment Strategy performance specification and how it will deliver against the five strategic outcomes outlined in the Strategic Business Plan.
