This table lists the arrangements that can provide for access to healthcare in the EEA and Switzerland for UK residents and for people from those countries coming to the UK.

The table also sets out the duration of each arrangement.

  1. Updated to reflect the provisional application of the UK-Switzerland Convention on Social Security Coordination. This was enacted under the Healthcare (European Economic area and Switzerland Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, and is required to be listed on this page under Regulation 8.
