This pro-forma has been produced to assist pension scheme administrators in calculating additional lump sum or pension payments to be made to scheme members.
The document contains tables of factors to be used in calculating redress and detailed guidance to aid in calculating the amounts owed to individuals.
This pro-forma was issued following the outcome of Milne v GAD on 13 May 2015.
