The request was for copies of all data held about Mirabegron from November 2012 until 15 January 2017, particularly in relation to concerns about the safety of Mirabegron.

NHS Improvement held some of the requested information and decided to withhold some of the information it held on the basis of the exemption in section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
