You must:

  • ensure that you use and comply with the latest versions of the documents and guidance published on this page

Homes England’s policy for applying updated documents and guidance is that these should not, unless otherwise instructed by Homes England, be applied by a developer to a:

  • plot sale transaction that is already in progress

  • transaction of a property within a current ‘phase’ or ‘group’ of First Homes Eligible Dwellings where marketing of this group has started

These documents are not for use for First Homes delivered through developer contributions via the planning system.
