You may file this form if you have chosen to state that your registered office address is situated in Wales as opposed to England and Wales.
This form is for LLPs registered in the UK which need to file a return. There is a cost of £40 to file it.
Use the form to provide a snapshot of your company information as at the date of the return and file it within 28 days of the filing deadline.
Do not use the form if the LLP is in the the PROOF (PROtected Online Filing) Scheme.
