ESF Grant Recipients, ESF Managing Authority , ESF CFOs, ESF GLA

2. Purpose

The action note is to notify ESF Grant Recipients, ESF Managing Authority, ESF CFOs and ESF GLA that an update has been made to ECLAIMS to enhance compliance with GDPR regulations.

3. Action

An update was made to the ECLAIMS system on 5th May 2020, to enhance compliance with GDPR regulations. It is possible that as a result, a small number of users will no longer be able to view projects they are responsible for.

If this issue occurs please contact E.CLAIMSSUPPORT@dwp.gov.uk providing the following details:

  • your ECLAIMS user name
  • your role in the project
  • the name of the project
  • the project ECLAIMS reference number.

We will look to restore access to affected users as soon as possible
