Decision in the matter of TFL Transport & Warehousing Limited – OD1127683

Pursuant to adverse findings under sections 26(1)(b), 26(1)(c)(iii), 26(1)(e), 26(1)(f) and 27(1)(a) and 27(1)(b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the Act”) and that TFL Transport and Warehousing Limited no longer meets the mandatory and continuing requirements of financial standing and professional competence as required under sections 13A(2)(c) and (3) of the Act, the licence is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 29 March 2024.

Decision in the matter of transport manager Mitchell Lester

Transport manager Mitchell Lester no longer satisfies the requirements of section 13A(3) of the Act to be of good repute in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Act. Pursuant to paragraphs 16(2) and 17(1A) of Schedule 3 to the Act, Mitchell Lester is disqualified with effect from 23:45 hours on 29 March 2024 for the period of one year from acting as a transport manager on an operator’s licence.
