  1. Added translations for Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Nepali, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi and Urdu. Also added a British sign language version.

  3. Added easy read version of the letter.
