Following the introduction of the Pension Schemes Act 2021, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) launched a public consultation Pension Scams: Empowering Trustees and Protecting Members. The consultation sought views on the draft Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Conditions for Transfers) Regulations 2021.
This review from DWP is to ensure that the regulations are working effectively and giving the maximum protection for pension savers.
