Details
This guidance on the compulsory purchase process and the Crichel Down Rules replaces the version published on 28 February 2018. It has been revised to include guidance in relation to new town development corporations. It applies to England only. The guidance is intended to make it easier for people to access the information they need to understand how the compulsory purchase system works.
The model compensation claim form is intended to streamline the process of claiming and assessing the compensation due to those who are affected by compulsory purchase. The form sets out all the information which needs to be provided in support of a claim. There are separate guidance notes to aid completion of the form.
