Details

The purpose of this circular is to draw attention to the publication of amendments to:

• Approved Document G (Sanitation, hot water safety and water efficiency)
• Approved Document M, volume 1 (Access to and use of buildings: dwellings)

The changes made by these regulations apply in England and to excepted energy buildings in Wales.

These amendment regulations come into effect on the 1 March 2016.
