Use this online form to apply for an extension of stay or indefinite leave to remain in the UK if you were refused asylum but given discretionary leave to stay in the UK.
If you are applying for further leave on the basis of your family or private life then you need to apply using the application to remain in the UK on the basis of family life or private life.
