UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on deciding applications from self-employed Turkish business persons, Turkish workers or their family members who have leave under the Turkish European Communities Association Agreement (ECAA) and who now wish to apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) in the UK.
