The 19+ allocations technical guidance sets out how we calculate funding allocations for the 2024 to 2025 funding year for:

  • apprenticeships non-levy procured
  • ESFA adult skills fund (ASF)
  • advanced learner loans facilities and bursaries
  • apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured)

  1. Updated 19+ technical guidance for 2024 to 2025 with funding allocation information for ESFA adult skills fund (ASF), advanced learner loans facilities and bursaries and apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured). Advanced learner loans calculator also published for 2024 to 2025.

  2. We have amended section 5.2 of the allocations technical guidance to more accurately reflect changes in MYESF following the move from IDAMS to DfE Sign-in.
