Phil Beach CBE
Biography
Phil is Executive Director for Vocational and Technical Qualifications at Ofqual.
He joined Ofqual in January 2015 as the Director of Strategic Relationships for General Qualifications. Before this appointment, Phil served in the Royal Air Force with much of his recent career spent out of the cockpit focusing on command and leadership, strategy, policy and plans.
