Cynthia Dubin
Biography
Cynthia Dubin is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the CMA.
Cynthia is an Independent Non-Executive Director of ICE Futures Europe, Inc., where she is Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hurco Group Companies, Inc., where she is a member of the Audit Committee.
Cynthia was previously an Independent Non-Executive Board Director of the Franchise Group, Inc., Synthomer PLC, and Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. where she was Chair of the Audit Committee and member of Remuneration and Governance committees. Additionally, she held senior executive positions at Pivot Power LLP, JKX Oil & Gas plc, and Edison Mission Energy.
Her role as a CMA Board member commenced in January 2019. She is Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance and Nominations Committees and Senior Independent Director.
