The government notes the Human Genetics Commission report on Intellectual Property and DNA Diagnostics.

The Human Genetics Commission have today published a report on Intellectual Property and DNA Diagnostics.

A Department of Health spokesperson said:

“The government notes the HGC’s report on Intellectual Property and DNA Diagnostics. It is a timely addition to the debate on IP and the challenges it presents to innovation.”
