Consultation description

This consultation is aimed at personalised registration number dealers and trade associations. It aims to help the DVLA understand how expired certificates of entitlement for personalised vehicle registration numbers have been managed within the trade.

The consultation is also seeking views on the scope and conditions of current transitional arrangements in place, to identify whether changes could be implemented.

Members of the public are welcome to provide a response if they wish.
