Consultation description

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is launching a post implementation review (PIR) of the Train Driving Licences and Certificates Regulations 2010 (as amended).

The review will consider whether the regulations remained fit for purpose and are achieving their original objectives.

ORR started the review by gathering evidence through a consultation survey.
