The government’s response to the consultation provides:

  • a summary of overarching messages and key themes identified from the consultation
  • an overview of the general issues and trends identified in each of the consultation questions

The response and revised standards take into consideration the responses received as part of the formal consultation.

The department has also published the final post-qualifying standard: knowledge and skills for adult social work practice supervisors.

These standards will inform the department’s support for the continuous professional development of social work practice supervisors in adult services.
