Summary

We're seeking views on plans to require schools to report when they add or remove a pupil’s name from their pupil admissions register.

Consultation description

We would like your views on proposals to improve the way schools provide local authorities with the information they need to identify children missing education.

These plans will make amendments to the Education (Pupil Registration) (England) Regulations 2006.
