The guidance for officials giving evidence to Parliamentary Select Committees, known as the Osmotherly Rules was updated on 17 October 2014. As part of this update government is committed to publishing the names of SROs for projects on the GMPP and their appointment letters.

The below lists contain data as accurate at the publication of the Annual Report on Government’s Major Projects for each year.
