The Drivers' Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2021

These Regulations are made in order to address deficiencies in retained EU law in the field of Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. These deficiencies have been introduced by Regulation (EU) 2020/1054.
