Initial enforcement order
On 16 January 2015, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Henry Schein UK Finance Limited, Henry Schein, Inc and Henry Schein UK Holdings Limited in relation to the completed acquisition by Henry Schein UK Holdings Limited of certain assets and business information of Plandent Limited.
