Business rates valuation account: sign in or set up

Use your business rates valuation account to:

• report changes that might affect your property’s rateable value to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA)
• challenge your property’s rateable value
• appoint an agent to deal with the VOA for you

This account is for properties in England and Wales.

There’s a different service to find the rateable value of any business property in England or Wales without signing in.

You’ll need a Government Gateway user ID and password to sign in. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you start.
